Community Walks - every Monday evening
Looking for a way to combine movement, meaningful conversations, and new connections? Meno Moves offers a chance to walk with like-minded individuals, providing space to discuss health issues, daily challenges, celebrate successes, share experiences, get advice, or simply listen. It’s a supportive environment where friendships can form and extend beyond the group.
We meet:

🟣 Monday, 6:30 PM - Kent Terrace (Church Road end)

Menopause has a high risk of being a huge challenge, but with appropriate identification and support that it doesn’t need to be feared!
We have been amazed by the impact of hormones on our patients and their whanau and we want to share it with you.
My aim is to deliver a presentation, with acccess to resources afterwards that means you will have your practice changed forever. This will be targeted for those who are practicing in the health space (eg personal trainers, acupuncturists, therapists) and also those who want to dive deep!
Understand the impact of female reproductive hormones and how they change through life - with a particular focus on perimenopause and beyond
Be able to validate women’s experiences, give them hope and signpost where they can find information and seek help
Understand the fluctuations which happen with hormones at midlife and how they might affect women
Understand the physiology of why women need to change their feuling and exercise due to changes in hormones
Learn about how MHT/HRT can help, be really safe, and a game changer, but is not for everyone and not a magic bullet
